DanDan restaurant is named for the Sichuan noodle dish, and Dan Jacobs and Dan Van Rite are the owners of the restaurant. Diners can enjoy chef-driven food inspired by their own memories of eating at Chinese restaurants as children. They specialize in American-Chinese cuisine and also offer six types of dim sum.
