Mrs. Lasater started making cakes using her mother’s recipes in the 1950s. In 1982, Mrs. Lasater partnered with her daughter Beth Pendergrass and created what is now Edible Art Bakery and Dessert Cafe. Since 1982, they have been preparing scratch-made cakes and making stunningly crafty sweets. They are committed to delivering high-quality handmade cakes and dessert decoration excellence. They pride themselves on maintaining the integrity of their products by using high-quality, natural ingredients and by continuing the seldom-seen tradition of scratch baking.
