In 1978, Marilyn started the award-winning Piece of Cakeshop. Whether it's cakes, cookies, tortes, cheesecakes, or other treats, you will be delighted with her creations. As the bakery began, she focused her baking on meeting the special dietary requirements of her customers. Marilyn is graduated from PSU in the 1970s with a Master's degree in Special Education and taught disability students years before making a professional change.
