It was founded in 2002 by local cake maker Cheryl Scripter. Cheryl has always loved the craft of chocolate making. She began Bittersweet Confections intending to create an exceptional collection of chocolates using high-quality ingredients and superior chocolate. Cheryl Scripter has grown her one-person concept into a thriving bakery with two locations and a team of 30 amazing chefs, baristas, and cake makers. She always uses locally grown pecans, citrus, and buttery products to make her decadent truffles. Bittersweet Confections is a perfect place to buy delicious cakes at an affordable price.
