Their story begins in Denmark, where Chef Flemming started his career as an artisanal baker. Chef Flemming has decided to continue his lifelong dream of baking for a local city after offering his talents to nine high-end luxury hotels and providing expert training to aspiring pastry chefs at the Art Institute in Las Vegas. That dream began its doors in 2008, and their BakeShop here on Henderson has been doling out tasty, warm, fresh-baked goodness ever since.
