About	Mad Batters is founded by Kandy and Martin, who started as more of a hobby than anything else. Everything is scratch-made with real and organic ingredients. They serve up many scratch-made pastries baked on-site in their commercial kitchen. Mad Batters also boasts over 60 MONIN syrups to add flavor to Italian Sodas, Cremosas, Green or Black iced tea. Their cakes consist of 3-4 layers of cake with filling between each layer, available in various flavors and designs. Mad Batters also offers custom-order cakes and desserts. Try their delicious brownies, freshly squeezed lemon bars, salted caramel butter bars, cupcakes, and New York-style cheesecakes in various flavors.
