About	Colectivo Coffee on the Lakefront was built in 1888, and the historic Milwaukee river flushing station is presently home to their Lakefront cafe. The single Cafe serves sandwiches, salads, and soups, plus freshly brewed coffee, espresso, tea, and bakery items prepared daily from scratch. They have been sourcing beverages from the origin and roasting every batch by hand since 1993. Colectivo Coffee is proud to provide their Session Roasted™ coffees in addition to Letterbox Fine Tea and Colectivo Keg Company craft beers. They also make all of their baked goods and savory food from scratch, made fresh every day at their own Troubadour Bakery. Here, Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free menu options are available at Colectivo Coffee. In the summertime, their expansive patio beer garden is host to Florentine Opera, Musica del Lago & the Friday Nite Music Series, and weekly Tuesday Night Trivia. Gift cards are also available.
