About	The Refectory Café is an independent and locally owned restaurant, which was began in 2005 as Duke University's first green café. The cafe makes everything from scratch, uses as many local ingredients as possible. TRC's "claim to fame" is the extraordinary quality of the menu items that cater to all diets.
