Their meats are smoked fresh overnight using only wood smoke and time. Their sides remind them of what mom makes, and their custom ice creams are created from scratch each week. Their barbecue takes many hours to smoke each night so that you will get only authentic BBQ dishes. Woodpile BBQ Shack's patio bar is open in Clawson. Every Friday-Sunday through the summer, they will have Michigan drafts and regionally distilled liquors to experience in the pergola and at the picnic tables.
