It was started in July of 2012 by Philip Moseley and Ronnie Evans. Blue Oak BBQ's menu has some slow and low smoked meats, St. Louis-style ribs, Texas-style brisket, Alabama-style pulled pork, smoked chicken wings, and house-made smoked sausage.
