About	DOC'S Smokehouse is a relaxed spot with an industrial-chic look serving Southern BBQ favorites & craft beer. The restaurant is located in the Historic Commerce Building in Milwaukee, WI. They have taken local Milwaukee BBQ inspiration and added their Southern traditional flair to deliver authentic, mouth-watering smoked meats. They also offer an incredible selection of Craft Beer with more than 60 taps and one of the largest selections of Bourbons and Whiskey in the city. They never sauce meat in the kitchen, and while they have some great regional sauces on the table, they hope you will try the beef on its own.
