About	Stamey’s Barbecue is a longtime family-owned BBQ joint that serves slow-cooked pork and chicken plates with classic sides. It is well known for its pit-cooked exclusively over hardwood coals BBQ pork and secret BBQ sauce. Stamey’s Barbecue has been serving its staple "Lexington-style" BBQ pork and its "secret sauce" to Triad diners since 1930. Their pitmasters come in before the sun to light the fire and start preparing that famous BBQ, a backbreaking process that can take nine to ten hours. They still slow-cook their BBQ over a pit of hardwood hickory coals. Stamey’s catering team can do any sie of events with your needs. Their signature quarter chicken plate is made with oven-roasted white meat breast quarter with chicken barbecue sauce.
