About	La Panaderia is the specialty bakery focusing on long-fermented bread, plus coffee & other light fares. Brothers José and David Cáceres opened bakery-cafe La Panadería in 2014 to share their Mexican heritage and love for baking with the people of their adopted hometown of San Antonio, Texas. All of their products are prepared by using the finest and freshest ingredients. La Panaderia does not use any chemical additives, artificial colors, or preservatives in its products. Panaderia's bakers have a completely different approach to making bread, including a 48-hour evaporation process that results in artisan baked goods. La Panaderia specializes in making homemade bread. They also provide kids meals, so your kids enjoy the meals with you. La Panaderia also has another branch within San Antonio.
