| About | Bouchon Bakery is a Parisian-style bakery located in the Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino, Venezia Tower. In 2006, Chef Keller started the first of three Bouchon Bakery locations at The Venetian in Las Vegas and created various sweet treats, including the classic Viennoiserie. Bouchon also provides an extensive range of espresso drinks and coffee made by Chef Keller's long-time partner, Equator Coffee Roasters. Bouchon's exquisite décor is the perfect setting for Bouchon's culinary delights.
