About	Cascade Baking Co. was owned and operated by Stephen Perkins and Debra Edwards. All their products are made fresh daily using only fresh and local ingredients with no artificial preservatives. Cascade Baking Company is located in one of Salem’s oldest buildings in the downtown neighborhood. They are proud to say that their style of baking bread is environmentally friendly than many styles that they see today. Their oven decreases the daily consumption of natural gas by over 70 percent compared to other traditional gas-burning bread ovens. You will definitely love their Roast Beef and Cheddar served with sliced roast beef with sharp cheddar, lettuce, tomato, slivered onion, mayonnaise, and deli mustard.
