About	X2O Xaviars on the Hudson is a classy glass-enclosed restaurant on a pier with globally influenced American fare & Hudson views. The restaurant is situated on the Hudson River's only turn of the century still in use at the Victorian pier. The X2O's Main Dining Salon's 25-foot vaulted ceiling and three glass frame walls provide views of the George Washington and Tappan Zee Bridges and sunsets across the Palisades. Guests will experience dishes combining classic French technique with Italian and Spanish influences and Asian embellishments that create a distinctive Hudson Valley cuisine that is entirely original.
