About	Eleven Eleven Mississippi is an award-winning Tuscan/Californian cuisine restaurant. It is part of the historic International Shoe factory. It has an open space and universal elements of wood and brick to build a stunning yet relaxed dining atmosphere. The general manager Bob Colosimo and manager Heather Althoff were the part of the Eleven Eleven Mississippi. The restaurant comfortable wine room can accommodate 8 to 12 guests, and it is the perfect environment for a special dinner or a unique celebration. Paul and Wendy Hamilton created the menu from their various trips to the wine areas of Tuscany and Northern California. The executive chef Trevor Ploeger dishes everything is produced from scratch, and its highlighted by fresh periodically ingredients, enough of which is grown in the restaurant's modern hydroponic greenhouse.
