About	Bambara is an inspired New American bistro serving seasonal fare, cocktails & fine wines in the hip Hotel Monaco. It is located in Kimpton Hotel Monaco Salt Lake City. In the innovative exhibition kitchen of Chef Nathan Powers, ingredients from local farmers and ranchers are reimagined as New American influenced bistro plates. They also have access to three meeting spaces at the adjacent Monaco Salt Lake City Kimpton Hotel, ranging from the 14-seater Tokyo Boardroom to the 225-seater Paris Ballroom, with more than 3,100 square feet.
