Irregardless was opened as the community's first vegetarian eatery. He has continually stimulated clients to eat moderately on the food chain and to giving tasty vegan and gluten-free meals. The restaurant has become the first establishment in North Carolina and a non-smoking business. Their teams are serving regional, fresh-from-the-farm, healthful, and innovative meals to their respective clients.
