| About | Baumhower's Victory Grille concept first started as a counter-set establishment. It grew exponentially over the next seven years into a four-unit succession of full-service eateries ranging from 2,000 to 3,500 square feet. It all originated in 1981, when Bob Baumhower, the All-American from the University of Alabama and six-period All-Pro for the Miami Dolphins, decided to give his food enthusiasm with the profession and submit Buffalo-style chicken wings to the case of Alabama. Its constant aim is to have all Baumhower's places to have the food the most beneficial it can be. Their team utilizes fresh, local components, creating sauces and other key ingredients, a growing menu that follows the latest cooking trends, and one of the most established and technologically advanced pantries in the industry.
