Therapies are also available to help alleviate the stresses and strains of modern lifestyles and to promote healing naturally and holistically. Their classes can be booked individually or in blocks of 12. All classes are individually prepared and taught on a one-to-one basis. There is a shop, which has been offering a wide variety of products that tie in with the values and ethics of Anadi Anant. Many are handcrafted from natural materials. |
