Jean Sullivan is the Yoga teacher practising over 20 years and teaching for seven years. She focuses on stretching the body to ease out muscle tension, increase strength and improve flexibility whilst. Jean strives to continually improve her teaching and practice through on-going training with some of the country’s leading teachers. She currently runs four classes in Stockton, Eaglescliffe and Long Newton. |
