About	Oriental Yoga is a well-established yoga studio which is located in Southport. At Oriental Yoga, their Hatha Yoga classes are based upon the traditional techniques of yoga, meditation and pranayama. They have courses to fit all levels of expertise, from beginner to general level skills. Their classes are difficult at first for those not used to moving their bodies, but over time the body can respond, loosen up, strengthen and heal. 'Simon Rowe' is a member of the Independent Yoga Network with the Yoga Alliance Practitioners and a recognized Senior Yoga Instructor. He also integrates elements of Chinese meridian stretching into the yoga in Birkdale, Southport and West Derby, Liverpool lessons to help heal the body, relax the mind, and weekly attendance.
