| About | Yoga with Erika is bringing NitaYoga to Southsea. Erika is the instructor of the yoga studio. She is a YAI certified yoga teacher and ayurvedic yoga therapist based in Portsmouth. Erika has been teaching in Portsmouth since January 2018. She prefers challenge in her classes and her practice as well, but the classes are always suitable for all abilities. Erika teaches traditional Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa flow and Yin yoga. As a yoga therapist, alignment and therapeutic aspect are very important to her. She is experienced in teaching people who have different spine problems, and Erika is planning to deepen her knowledge further in this field, completing specific spine yoga therapy training as well. She teaches group classes, private classes, and as a therapist, Erika offers ayurvedic life coaching/lifestyle as well.
