| About | Ashtanga Yoga Plymouth aims to make Ashtanga Yoga accessible to everyone through friendly, authentic, inclusive, and affordable classes. They have been helping you to discover all the endless benefits to both mental and physical health. Karen is a very experienced, approachable, and supportive yoga studio teacher. Having practised various forms of yoga throughout her life, she discovered Ashtanga Yoga in her 40's after it was suggested as a solution to her back problems. Karen is a registered RYT 200 teacher & now also designated as an 'Experienced Yoga Teacher' by the Yoga Alliance Professionals. She teaches a multi-level approach, so classes are accessible to all levels and abilities. Karen has a great deal of experience with complete beginners, modifying & assisting with postures as necessary. She loves being able to share the Ashtanga practice and watching students progress. |
