She has been teaching yoga in and around Maidstone since 2015. Her yoga classes are uplifting and energising. She teaches a dynamic, fun, and accessible style of Vinyasa flow yoga. Shannon also teaches restorative classes, which are encouraging her students to slow down, and decelerating from life’s fast pace. She loves to teach and approach her classes with warmth, compassion, and a sense of humour. Shannon truly believes everyone can benefit from the healing impact of yoga. As Well as being a yoga teacher, Shannon is a holistic massage therapist and a firm believer. She endeavours to share this beautiful practice with as many as possible. |
