The heated pod creates an otherworldly cocoon of softly glowing lights, heady aromas and enveloping soundscapes to transport you a million miles from the everyday. Hotpod Yoga Lincoln's classes are rooted in the vinyasa flow style of yoga, this synchronises movement and breath to work your body and calm your mind in equal measure. The pod is heated to a delicious 37 degrees, helping your body to melt into the practise, warming muscles and aiding flexibility whilst working the heart a little stronger. This is yoga reinvented: breathe deeper, stretch further, sweat harder and really melt into it. Their post-natal classes are unheated so that babies can be next to Mum, but the yoga is strictly for the Mamas.
