About	The Hot Room Leeds is hot yoga & hot pilates studio in the heart of Leeds city centre. It is a series of 26 hatha yoga postures, performed in 40°c heat, suitable for new & advanced practitioners alike. They have a purpose-built hot room that uses blower (forced air) technology to create the ultimate hot yoga and hot pilates experience. The Hot Room Leeds offers classes throughout the day, seven days a week. Their classes are also available via the Zoom app to anyone with an active membership or class card. Most of their students start with the 30-Day Intro Package. You can feel amazing inside & out by practising at The Hot Room Leeds because the engineered heat and the expert instructions create fast and measurable results. The yoga studio offers a full range of amenities like toilets and showers, make-up mirrors, and hair dryers. In addition, they offer complimentary fresh filtered drinking water, tea before and after class.
