| About | Om Yoga Studio was purpose-built by Kalavathi to share her love of yoga with everyone who has an interest in yoga, no matter what level of experience they have. Their classes and courses are very friendly, accessible and adaptable so that they can accommodate everyone. Whether you want to be a Yoga Teacher, or you are interested in personal development, or you just have a general desire to know more about Yoga, they have yoga courses and training to suit your needs. The yoga studio is surrounded by a garden and trees that are alive with the sound of bird songs, yet it is only a short walk from the City Centre in Roath. You won’t feel like you are in the city at all when you get inside. The entrance and communal area of the Om Yoga Studio is a nice place to relax before or after class, with many interesting things to look at that Kalavathi has picked up on her travels. There is large a bookcase full of books – feel free to pick one up and get comfy with it while you wait. |
