About	Heather Yoga offers yoga classes in various styles for all levels in the UK. It is a dedicated yoga & holistic space with a vegan cafe. Heather Gregg is a senior yoga teacher and the founder & director of Heather Yoga. She has been teaching for over nine years in the UK & India, including being an educator for trainee teachers. She now leads her yoga teacher training and teacher mentorship programmes. Her classes are accessible and authentic, mindful and meditative, supportive and nurturing and inspiring, focusing on correct breathing and posture awareness. Heather Yoga has a group of teachers who enjoy the exploration of body & mind wellness and sharing their knowledge of the tradition with others in an authentic & inspirational way. Their classes will incorporate different themes and sequences to build strength, stamina & flexibility, detoxify the body, relax the mind, and release blockages in the body's energy flow.
