They have two spacious studios with varied classes running every day, a communal space to have tea and chat and changing rooms. The studio has all the yoga mats and props you will need so you only need to bring yourselves. If you are completely new to yoga, they offer Beginners Classes or if that is not convenient, they recommend you try to start with a Gentle Yoga or Flow For All class at a time that suits you best. |
