About	Khushee Yoga was founded by Beth Buchanan in 2016 and offered weekly Hatha yoga classes in and around Basingstoke and Deane. Beth qualified to teach in 2007 after studying at Ananda Kutir Ashram in Cape Town and taught students of all levels and abilities at a little studio near the beach until she moved to the UK in 2009. Yoga classes are suitable for beginners and advanced students, and Beth also offers pregnancy and postnatal classes when required. Anyone with back, neck, shoulder and hip issues can certainly benefit from these classes and those with high or low blood pressure or breathing problems. All classes include a series of Hatha Yoga postures, breathing techniques and relaxation, all geared towards strengthening, toning and calming the body and mind.
