About	Louisa Yoga is owned by Louisa Craig, who is a senior yoga teacher and teacher trainer. Louisa was started up Louisa Yoga in 2003 after completing a children's yoga teacher training course in YogaBugs. She is also trained as an advanced reiki healing practitioner and has completed diplomas in Tantra, Feng Shui, Ayurveda & Moonology. As a student, she has been continuing her training in yoga with top yoga instructors worldwide. She has been practising yoga since 1996, and it became a passion that she wanted to share with each & every one. In her practice, the purpose of Asana is more than improving flexibility, health & strength. Louisa's yoga classes are accessible to all the needs of its students, trainees & graduates. She offers online classes via zoom. Louisa has a YouTube channel to find kids, family, and various adult yoga, classes.
