About	The Trooper is a stylish bar and restaurant with an open fire which serves chargrilled steaks and wood-fired pizzas. All their dishes are freshly made in house to order by their very own team of chefs. They only use free-range or locally sourced ingredients, where possible. Their Kopa Charcoal Oven is an indoor barbecue oven that cooks a variety of meat and fish, sealing in all the flavours for an incredible taste experience. All their steaks are served with skinny fries and a Parmesan and rocket salad, Maldon sea salt and rosemary. The Trooper provides half-price lunch menu for kids on Sunday.
