| About | The North East Land, Sea and Air Museum is managed by the volunteers. It has the largest aviation collection and holds over 30 aircraft and a vast collection of aero engines, and the Military Vehicle Museum. It tells the hundred-year history of transport. Other objects such as firearms, military vehicles, trams & buses, and other historical exhibits are also collected. It also has specific displays demonstrating a copy of a British street from the Second World War. A collection of fire appliances was also added to the collection. It provides educational visits from youth and special interest groups including, schools, Cadets, Guides and Brownies. |
