About	Jerry Bretherton is a patent director of HGF Limited. He completed his M.Chem from the University of Oxford and PhD from the University of British Columbia. Jerry has over a decade of experience in the patent profession, specialising in chemical and mechanical technologies, with knowledge of medical devices, chemical formulation, solid-state and process chemistries, and other materials cases. He also has vast experience in drafting and prosecuting applications before the EPO and UKIPO and handling international patent portfolios. He has advised his clients on patent infringement and validity and served in due diligence on behalf of his clients.
