About	Rowntree Park is a fantastic park located in York. It has 6 Tennis courts, a skate park, a basketball court, Rowntree park reading cafe, a war memorial, a well-equipped children's play area, and two table tennis tables. The park also features a large lake, a canal and a water cascade and is home to many ducks, swans and Canada geese. The park has a diverse variety of imported trees planted throughout the area. The park provides a lovely rural feel with pleasant walks down the side of the river to the Millennium Bridge. Rowntree Park makes the atmosphere of the whole area around clean and fresh. There are baby changing facilities and wheelchair access.
