About	Nippon UK Martial Arts was started in 1993 by Sensei Colin Jones, 6th Dan. After being Nippon UK Franchisees for many years, the club is now owned by Sensei Peter Sharples, 5th Dan and his wife Sensei Katheryne Sharples, 2nd Dan. The school provides quality Martial Arts tuition to thousands of students of all ages across Lancashire. They are an active member of The Children's Activities Association and have been serving in the area for more than 20 years. Nippon UK Martial Arts has grown as one of the best and largest martial art schools in the area, with more than 20 qualified sensei's, 50 junior leaders, and 12 dojo venues in the UK. They have served more than 1500 clients in Preston. Their team of instructors are fully DBS checked, fully insured, trained in Level 3 Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding Children. The team aims to bring together groups of children and adults to experience the benefits of studying various Martial Arts and fitness classes.
