Their 4-week beginners trial courses are an excellent opportunity to experience the benefits of martial arts for you, your child and the whole family. Here, you can learn the basic moves of your chosen martial art, be taught some effective self-defence and start to increase your fitness. At SESMA, they welcome children and young adults with SEND and have additional classes for those who need 1-2-1 tuition. Everyone is welcome at SESMA Martial Arts Norwich.
