| About | The Old Courts is a non-profit, multi-arts centre that brings creative art, theatre, music, entertainment and dance activities to Wigan and its surroundings. The building was built in 1887 and retained much of its original charm, including a Victorian courtroom and adjoining prison cells. It has a wide range of live music concerts, children's shows and immersive events. The Old Courts have 275 Standing facilities fully equipped with a stage, PA system, fully stored bar and private outdoor terrace. They believe in their mission to inspire the community and embrace the vibrant arts and culture. Their beautiful venue can host various events, and it is the perfect place for any occasion. |
