About	Shoryu Manchester is their first ramen bar outside London bringing authentic Hakata tonkotsu ramen to the good folk of Manchester. It is located in the city centre, the restaurant is a short walk from Manchester Piccadilly Station and the Northern Quarter. Shoryu Ramen serves authentic Tonkotsu Ramen with a passion. Their Bar Manager with a wealth of sake experience has created each of their Japanese inspired cocktails, a fusion of traditional Japanese flavours and ingredients with a cheeky modern twist. The menu consists of ramen and buns with a few sides. Free WiFi and baby high chairs are available here.
