Their award-winning Chef Lomma Pino is from Regione Molise and was trained by the F.I.C (La Federazione Italiana Cuochi-Federation of Italian Chefs). Lomma Pino has many years of experience in the Italian food industry and was runner up "Chef of The Year" in Italy two years in a row.
