About	Malcolm Davies & Sons Developments Ltd was originally started by Malcolm Davies, and his two sons joined the business from school; both served their time as bricklayers and are highly skilled tradesmen and are partners in the business. They carry out contract work ranging from new builds, extensions (complete package), refurbishments, insurance work, commercial contracts, driveways (paving, tarmac etc.), excavations and general building services. They have carried out numerous contracts across North Wales and the North West, including new apartments in Chester, nursing homes in the Manchester area and new apartments in Wareham. All work is carried out by time served tradesmen. They are a reliable family business that takes pride in their work and everything they do.
