About	Planet Gym has the fantastic ‘Monster Mega Rig’ from Matrix, one of only 2 in the UK imported from the USA. The gym is run by fully qualified, courteous and trained instructors. Planet Gym has the latest equipment at your disposal, including a vast array of cardiovascular equipment, over 100 resistance stations, a spacious free weights area with five racks of dumbbells, and lots of benches and Olympic bars. The gym prides itself on giving knowledgeable training support to those that need it, from complete beginner to advanced athletes. Their extensive changing facilities serve the comfort of individual showers and full-length lockers for your personal belongings. Planet Gym has two dedicated physiotherapists on-site; the gym can also cater to those needing rehabilitation and practised physiological advice. Here, luxury showers and free parking is available.
