| About | Better Gym Bradford is a low-cost gym that has brand new equipment and trainers. Their cardiovascular section provides you with seven different choices of cardio. Their dedicated free weight section contains power racks, dumbbells (2kg-50kg), Olympic bars, benches and cables machines. They have a newly extended ladies-only gym. Their trainers conduct 220 fitness classes a month. Here, women-only, junior and senior sessions, newly refurbished sauna and steam room are available. They also have a relaxation zone where you can stretch off utilizing their rollers after an intense training session. The ladies-only gym also provides every member with a free 30-minute induction with a female instructor who will help get you in the shape of your life. They have recently added a prayer room here at Better Gym Bradford. |
