About	Rossi's Original is a traditional fish and chips award winning 48 seat fish and chip restaurant that offers poached Salmon, Cod and Trout, along with gluten and wheat free batter and rice flour as an alternative. Their dishes are freshly prepared, and you can enjoy dinner with your whole family. Their fish is meaty and 'flakes' away ideally. The crispy batter is carefully prepared so that the fish inside effectively steams itself. Their rice flour gives a light, crisp coating directly onto the fish and is well worth trying.
