It has consistently been awarded the Quality Award from the National Fish Friers Federation as well as The Taste of Lancashire Award. Yorkshire Fisheries always use the finest ingredients and use only cod and haddock from sustainable fishing waters. Their haddock is freshly delivered every day, and their cod is 'frozen at sea' – retaining its freshness and quality.
