About	Dance Base offers a vibrant and uplifting focal point for dance as an art form, a way to exercise, and a way of life. The dance studio has been active as an independent company promoting and delivering dance activities in Edinburgh since 1994. The dance school aims to inspire wellbeing and creativity and cultivate a future for dance in local, national & international communities. Dance Base caters for dancers of all ages and abilities. Their four world-class studios provide dancers with excellent facilities and an inspiring atmosphere in which to dance. They deliver over 100 classes in over 40 different forms of dance throughout the year. Their professional programme supports the development of a diverse and talented range of dance artists in Scotland. Dance Base conducts workshops, residencies and performance opportunities, including a Fringe Festival platform. The dance school has two further foyer/waiting areas with seating, kitchen, meeting room and green room.
