| About | Llandaff Cathedral is one of the famous churches in Cardiff. The church was established in the 12th century to serve the community people with regular masses and religious services. It is an Anglican cathedral dedicated to St. Peter and St. Paul. The Llandaff Cathedral church building was damaged during the English Civil war, so construction of a new building was planned. John Wood designed the design of the new cathedral building, and the construction was completed in 1734. Again in 1941, the cathedral building was damaged by a parachute mine dropped during the Second World war. Llandaff Cathedral has a dedicated choir team that uses the cathedral organ to deliver delightful music during prayers and other events. Llandaff Cathedral also has a rich collection of history and religion. |
