About	Stray's Coffee is a family-owned and run cafe in Newark on Trent. They started making coffee in Stamford back in the early noughties, Liz and Mat opened the first 'official' Stray's coffee in Newark back in 2003. They have a team working from their pastry kitchens, making cakes every day. Stray's Coffee continues to use Mum's recipes, with a few tweaks here and there, plus its growing range of gluten-free and dairy-free goodies. They serve big slabs, full of simple ingredients, with no preservatives or other nasties added. Stray's Coffee uses its own sneaky blend of 3 different arabica and robusta coffee beans, ethically sourced from India, Brazil & Peru, to create an outstanding espresso.
